`REMARKS
`
`This is a filll and timely response to the final Office Action mailed June 23, 2008,
`
`submitted concurrently with a Request for Continued Examination.
`
`By this Amendment, claim 1 has been amended to incorporate the subject matter of
`
`claims 3 and 7. Thus, in view of the amendments to claim 1, claims 3 and 7 have been canceled
`
`without prejudice or disclaimer to their underlying subject matter. Thus, claims 1, 2, 4-6 and 8-10
`
`are currently pending in this application. Support for the claim amendments can be readily found
`
`variously throughout the specification and the original claims.
`
`In view of these amendments, Applicant believes that all pending claims are in condition
`
`for allowance. Reexamination and reconsideration in light of the above amendments and the
`
`following remarks is respectfiilly requested.
`
`Rejections under 35 U.S.C. §102
`
`Claim 1 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. §102(b) as allegedly being anticipated by Jensen et
`
`al. (US. Patent No. 2,273,524). Further, claims 1 and 7 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. §102(b) as
`
`allegedly being anticipated by Alexay (US. Patent No. 2,292,858). These rejections have been
`
`overcome by the incorporation of non-elected claim 3 into claim 1.
`
`Examiner Telephone Interview and Change of Election of Restriction Reguirement
`
`Applicant has amended claim 1 in accordance with the Examiner Telephone Interviews
`
`which were conducted during the weeks of April 14th and April 21 st of this year (2008). As noted
`
`above, Applicant has amended claim 1 to incorporate the subject matter of non-elected claim 3 and
`
`elected claim 7. Applicant hereby changes their election of December 31, 2007 from Group V,
`
`claim 7, to Group II, claim 3. Applicant wishes to thank the Examiner for allowing this change of
`
`election and respectfully requests the Examiner to continue examination in view thereof
`

`CONCLUSION

`For the foregoing reasons, all the claims now pending in the present application are
`
`believed to be clearly patentable over the outstanding rejections. Accordingly, favorable
`
`reconsideration of the claims in light of the above remarks is courteously solicited. If the Examiner
`
`has any comments or suggestions that could place this application in even better form, the Examiner
`
