`In response to a reguest for consideration under the AFCP 2.0 program the examiner performed an additional search
`and consideration of the amended claims and contacted the applicant to discuss the results of the said search and
`consideration. During the interview the examiner noted that while the amended claims overcome the previous
`reiecitons newly found references were found to teach the newly provided claim limitations. As such the examiner
`noted that the claims were not found allowable in the time provided for in the AFCP 2.0 program .
