`
`PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop the output of
`unnecessary power supply voltage, and to reduce
`power consumption accompanying the generation
`into zero, with respect to a multiple output power
`supply device for generating and outputting a DC
`constant voltage. SOLUTION: This is a power
`source i0 10, in which operating amplifier circuits
`OP1-OP3 for generating a DC constant voltage and
`constant current circuits 22-26 for allowing constant
`currents to flow in each circuit for operating it are
`integrated in an IC package 30, and the DC constant
`voltage can be outputted from output terminals T01 -
`T03. The ground side power supply paths of the
`constant current circuits 22 and 26 are interrupted
`from an inside ground line LGD and connected with
`cut terminals T01 and T03 formed outside the IC

`zero.
