`July 11, 2013, and he Issued 3 Supplemental Notice of All0wablllty. On December 17,
`2013, the allowed application issued as US. Patent No. 8,608,318.

`Since the Examiner considered the references and felt that the reopening of
`prosecution was not necessary, the RCE should not have been processed and the RCE
