`Claims 1-16 are presently pending, with all pending claims rejected. Applicant herein
`amends claims 1, 3, 5-7, 9, 11, and 12, and cancels claims 13-15 without prejudice or
`disclaimer. No new matter has been added. Reconsideration is respectfully requested in view

`of the above amendments and the following remarks.

`Claim Rejections Under 35 U.S.C.§112

`Page 3 of the Office Action sets forth “Claims 1-4 and 13-15 are rejected under 35
`U.S.C, 112(a) or 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA), first paragraph, as failing to comply with the written
`description requirement.”
`Applicant herein cancels claims 13-15 without prejudice or
`
`disclaimer.
`
`With respect to claim 1, the Office Action asserts that the “angle correcting member”
`limitation is not supported in the current specification. Applicant herein amends claim 1 to
`clarify that.the angle correcting member occupies a space in which an evaporation particle from
`the evaporation source does not exist. Likewise, Applicant herein amendsclaim 1 to clarify that
`the angle correcting member confines the deposition to only the material having a desirable
`range of incident angles with respect to the base member. Applicant submits that this feature
`is supported in the application, for example, at {] 71, 72, 79, and 112. No new matter is
`
`added.
`
`Page 4 of the Office Action sets forth “Claims 1-16 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112(b)
`or 35 U.S.C. 112 (pre-AIA), second paragraph, as being indefinite...” In particular, the Office
`Action asserts that the term “each line” is unclear. Applicant herein amends the claims to

`remove this term.
