`aft a predetermined period of time has passed [0043]).

`and a value of a peak in the load current which occurs when the second switching elementis
`
`turned on is equal to or smaller than a predetermined value (resistor value can be set to value
`
`depending on other values of circuit or trying to reduce resister value to improve efficiency so
`
`can be changeable).
