`(For each of the checked box(es) above, please describe below the issue and detailed description of the discussion)
`
`Claim(s) discussed: g.
`
`Identification of prior art discussed: Ghabra and Austen.
`
`Substance of Interview
`(For each issue discussed, provide a detailed description and indicate if agreement was reached. Some topics may include: identification or clarification of a
`reference or a portion thereof, claim interpretation, proposed amendments, arguments of any applied references etc...)
`
`Proposed amendment to claim 5 was discussed. It was agreed that at least the recitation "after the second receiver of
`the mobile device receives the second measurement signal using the third antenna, when the mobile device makes an
`authentication of the vehicle based on a first receiving strength of the first measurement signal received by the second
`receiver of the mobile device, the transmission strength information of the second measurement signal transmitted by
`the second transmitter of the mobile device, and a second receiving strength of the second measurement signal
`received by the second receiver of the mobile device, the second transmitter of the mobile device transmits a second
`
`response signal using the fourth antenna of the mobile device" distinguishes the claim from the prior art of record
`because while Ghabra discloses transmission strength information of a measurement signal, said information is not
`utilized when making an authentication of the vehicle..
`
`
`

`interview.
`
`Examiner recordation instructions: Examiners must summarize the substance of any interview of record. A complete and proper recordation of
`the substance of an interview should include the items listed in MPEP 713.04 for complete and proper recordation including the identification of the
