`By this Amendment, claims 1 and 3-8 are pending. Applicant acknowledges with
`
`appreciation the indication of allowability of claims 2 and 3. Claim 1
`
`is herein amended to
`
`incorporate the previously pending aspect of allowable claim 2. Claim 2 is canceled without
`
`prejudice or disclaimer. Claim 4 is amended to supply an omitted period. Claim 5 is amendedto
`
`further clarify that the relevant range is “10 um or less.” Support may be found int he original
`
`disclosure, for example, at paragraph [0019] of the specification as filed. New claims 6-8 are
`
`added. Further support is detailed below.

`Drawings
`
`Applicant notes that while the Office Action Summary (PTOL-326) indicates that the
`
`drawingsfiled on 9/20/2019 are objected to, the Office Action at page 2 states that the drawings
`
`are acceptable for examination purposes. Applicant believes that there is currently no specific
`
`issue to be addressed with respect to the drawingsin light of the Office Action.
`
`Applicant’s Response to the Claim Rejections under 35 U.S.C.§112
`
`Claim 5 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 112, second paragraph’, as being indefinite for
`
`failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which applicant
`
`regards as the invention.
`
`At page 2 of the Office Action, the rejection notes that the range of claim 5 is indefinite.
`
`Applicant has amended claim 5 to further clarify the range as set forth above.
`
`In light thereof,

`that the corresponding section §112(b) of the AIA law may apply instead.

`Claims 1, 4 and 5 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over
`
`Kuriyama (US 2016/0308202) in view of Ma (US 2013/0252031).
`
`Asnoted above, applicant has amended base claim 1 to incorporate the previously pending
`
`aspect of allowable claim 2. Claims 4 and 5 are dependent from amendedclaim 1. In light thereof,
`
`applicant respectfully submits that the rejection is now moot.

`New Claims
`
`New independent claim 6 incorporates the previously pending aspects of allowable claim
`
`3 and base claim 1. New claims 7 and 8, each dependent from claim 6, are analogousto claims 4
`
`and 5, respectively.
`
`In view of the foregoing amendments and accompanying remarks, it is submitted that all
`
`pending claims are in condition for allowance. A prompt and favorable reconsideration of the
`
`rejection and an indication of allowability of all pending claims are earnestly solicited.
