`a discharge device that generates ions;
`
`an ion ejection port that ejects the ions generated by the discharge device; and a liquid

`intake port connected to the discharge device, wherein:

`the discharge device is disposed at a portion of the first hair holding part that does not

`overlap the first hair holding surface,_

`the first hair holding surface includes a groove extending along a longitudinal direction of

`the first hair holding surface,

`the first hair holding surface is configured to pivot on a first pivot axis, the groove serves

`as the first pivot axis, [[and]]

`the groove and theliquid intake port are arranged coaxially with each other,

`the first hair holding part includesa first float mechanism anda first pivot mechanism,

`the first float mechanism includes a float rubber on whichthe first hair holding surface is

`configured to pivot on the first pivot axis,

`the first pivot mechanism includes a first pivot piece and a first support part that slidably
`
`supports the first pivot piece,
`
`the first pivot piece has a convex shape that curves upward,
`
`a concave surface is provided on a lowerside ofthe first pivot piece and is configured to
`
`be slidably supported by the first support part so as to be provided in an arc shape centered on
`
`the first pivot axis,
`
`the first support part includes outer ribs and an innerrib, and
`
`the concave surfaceis in sliding contact with a tip of the inner rib, and the outer ribs are
`
`structured to preventthe first pivot piece from being misaligned.

`in the first hair holding part, the ion ejection port being exposed to a space provided between the

`first hair holding surface and the second hair holding surface.

`includesa float part that causes the second hair holding surface to swing in a direction of a

`between the first hair holding surface and the second hair holding surface.

`the float rubber has an arrowhead shape,

`the arrowhead shapeincludes a neck part and a head part,

`the neck part is located on a base side of the float rubber, and the arrowheadpart is

`the arrowheadpart tapers down towardthe tip side and includesa flat surface on a base
`
`side of the arrowheadpart anda flat surface ofa tip side of the arrowheadpart,

`the flat surface on the baseside is larger in area than the flat surface on the tip side, and
`
`the neck part is provided continuously extending from a center of the flat surface on the
`
`base side.
