`a decoder that acquires the video steam and generates decoded video information by

`an outputter that, in a case wherethefirst attribute information indicates the second

`dynamic range, outputs the decoded video information, along with maximum luminance

`information indicating a maximum luminance ofthe video stream in accordance with the second

`dynamic range,

`wherein, in a case wherethefirst attribute information indicates the second dynamic

`range,the first attribute information also indicates type of the second dynamic range, and

`wherein, in a case where the dynamic range of luminance of the video stream is

`expressed by maximum luminanceofall pictures in the video stream,as the type of the second

`dynamic range,

`the outputter outputs the decoded video information, along with maximum luminance

`information indicating the maximum luminanceofall pictures in the video stream.

`the decoder generates base video information by decoding the base video stream,

`an enhanced video information by decoding the enhanced video stream, and generates the

`decodedvideo information based on the base video information and the enhanced video

`the outputter outputs the decoded video information, along with the maximum

`acquiring the video steam and generating decoded video information by decoding the

`outputting, in a case wherethefirst attribute information indicates the second dynamic

`range, the decoded video information, along with maximum luminance information indicating a

`maximum luminance of the video stream in accordance with the second dynamic range,

`wherein, in a case wherethefirst attribute information indicates the second dynamic

`range,the first attribute information also indicates type of the second dynamic range, and

`wherein, in a case where the dynamic range of luminance of the video stream is
