`The foregoing, having been considered by the Court, is hereby:

`ORDER:
`
`The plaintiff, LUCIANA SOUZA, is to appear for a deposition upon oral examination, to be re-noticed
`by the defendant, to be held, in person, within thirty (30) days hereof, no later than December 10, 2020.
`
`The deposition is to be held at a location within the City of New Haven. In light of the ongoing
`COVID-19 pandemic, the deposition shall take place in a space that will allow the deponent, court
`reporter, counsel, and all other parties and persons in attendance, to maintain appropriate social
`distancing, and abide by all other procedures and protocols reasonably necessary to ensure the health
`and safety of all those in attendance.
`
`If the plaintiff fails to appear for such deposition, the defendant may file a motion requesting relief
`pursuant to Practice Book § 13-14.
`
`It is so ORDERED.
`
