`issue revised scheduling orders. If the rescheduled dates conflict with the schedules of counsel or
`witnesses a caseflow request form shall be IMMEDIATELY filed or the conflict will not be entertained.
`The parties are advised that the court may decline to entertain any further extensions of the trial date
`because of incomplete discovery.
