`The parties apparently not able to agree, and the plaintiff having filed a proposed scheduling order while
`the defendant did not do so, pursuant to #110.01, the court accepts the plaintiff's scheduling order,
`subject to the following changes:

`The deadline for filing any opposition to dispositive motions is 5/1/20; and argument on any dispositive
`motion to be heard no later than 5/18/20.
`
`The court assumes that it was a typographical error when the plaintiff indicated proposed trial dates in
`January 2020; the court assumes that what was intended were proposed dates in January 2021.
`
`Judicial Notice (JDNO) was sent regarding this order.
