`The following order is entered in the above matter:

`
`Following the court’s remote conference with the parties on June 5, 2020, the following is ordered. Any
`motion proposing immediate enforcement of the court’s sanction order must be filed no later than June
`15, 2020. No later than June 12, 2020 the parties will propose to the court officer at
`Sarah.Sia@jud.ct.gov a date to resume trial with the aim of the trial resuming on or about July 6, 2020
`along with a proposed date for a remote trial practice session. By June 26, 2020 the parties will provide
`each other a tentative list of witnesses and the exhibits they currently plan to use in conjunction with
`those witnesses, including any rebuttal witnesses the plaintiff has decided to call.
