`The following order is entered in the above matter:

`As of June 22, 2020, the court will have the capability to hear matters and conduct trials remotely. This
`court, J. Moore,J. will conduct one more status conference with counsel to ascertain where the plaintiff
`is now located and how to make him available to testify during a remote trial. During or shortly after this
`status conference, the court will assign a trial management conference date for counsel with the trial
`judge. Specific instructions for counsel will follow when available.
