`After virtual remote pretrial on Oct. 27,2020,the court enters the following orders:

`1. The court orders the parties to file a proposed joint revised scheduling order by Nov. 30, 2020 in
`which they detail any remaining discovery and select three possible trial dates after April 1, 2021.
`
`2. The court will schedule a follow-up virtual status conference in mid to late December 2020, so we can
`assess status of settlement discussions, if necessary.
