`Canon U.S.A.’s Prayer For Relief

`Wherefore, Canon USA. respectfully requests that this Court enter judgment in its favor

`that:

`Canon USA. is not infringing and has not infringed any
`claim of the ‘O81 patent;

`All claims of the ‘O81 patent are invalid;

`The ‘O81 patent is unenforceable;
