`Due to and in order to facilitate ongoing discussions between Plaintiff FastVDO LLC and

`Defendant Casio America, Inc. regarding the disputes between the two parties,

`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between FastVDO LLC and
`
`Casio America, Inc. and subject to the approval of the Court, that all future deadlines and
`
`obligations relating to the dispute between Casio America, Inc. and FastVDO LLC in the above-
`
`captioned case shall be vacated and discovery stayed between Casio America, Inc. and FastVDO
`
`until November 28, 2012. At that time, the parties will report to the Court and provide new dates
`
`for all such deadlines and discovery obligations.
