`Case 1:11—cv—OO797—RGA Document 202 Filed 12/17/12 Page 1 of 3 Page|D #: 1247
`
`IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
`FOR THE DISTRICT OF DELAWARE
`
`FastVDO LLC,
`
`Plaintiff,
`
`v.
`
`C.A. N0. 11-797-RGA
`
`Apple Inc., et al.,
`
`Defendants.
`
`JOINT STIPULATION AND PROPOSED ORDER
`TO MODIFY PAGE LIMITS FOR CLAIM CONSTRUCTION BRIEFING
`
`The Court’s Scheduling Order dated May 15, 2012 provides that: plaintiff shall serve its
`
`opening claim construction brief on December 17, 2012 that shall not exceed 20 pages;
`
`defendants shall serve their opening claim construction brief on January 21, 2013 that shall not
`
`exceed 30 pages; plaintiff shall serve its reply claim construction brief on February 4, 2013 that
`
`shall not exceed 20 pages; and that defendants shall server their reply claim construction brief on
`
`February 18, 2013 that shall not exceed 10 pages. (D.I. 139 118). Whereas the page limits for
`
`claim construction briefing were allocated before the parties exchanged their proposed claim
`
`constructions, and FastVDO LLC (“FastVDO”) wishes to reallocate the number of pages for its
`
`opening and reply claim construction briefs:
`
`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between FastVDO and
`
`defendants Fujifilm North America Corporation and Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc.
`
`(“Defendants”), and subject to the approval of the Court: that FastVDO shall serve an opening
`
`claim construction brief on December 17, 2012 that shall not exceed 30 pages; and that FastVDO
`
`shall serve a reply claim construction brief on February 4, 2013 that shall not exceed 10 pages.
