`Due to and in order to facilitate the execution of an agreement between Plaintiff

`FastVDO LLC and Defendant Casio America, Inc. that will settle the disputes between the two
`
`parties,
`
`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between FastVDO LLC and
`
`Casio America, Inc. and subject to the approval of the Court, that all future deadlines and
`
`obligations relating to the dispute between Casio America, Inc. and FastVDO LLC in the above-
`
`captioned case shall be vacated and discovery stayed between Casio America, Inc. and FastVDO
`
`until February 7, 2013. At that time, and to the extent necessary, the parties will report to the
`
`Court and provide new dates for all such deadlines and discovery obligations.
