`WHEREAS, the Court will be hearing certain discovery disputes on October 16, 2019
`
`following the previously scheduled hearing concerning the Kao patent;
`
`WHEREAS, due to the Court holiday on Monday, October 14, 2019, the parties will
`
`complete letter briefing on such discovery disputes on Friday, October 11, 2019, almost three
`
`days earlier than the typical 48 hour window for completing discovery dispute letter briefing
`
`under the Scheduling Order;
`
`WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to file their respective letter briefs early enough to
`
`ensure that hard copies of the briefing materials are delivered to Chambers before 4:00 pm. on
`
`Friday, October 11, 2019.
`
`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, subject to the Court’s approval, that any
`
`opening discovery letter briefs shall be filed on or before 2:00 pm. on Thursday, October 10,
`
`2019, and any responsive discovery letter briefs shall be filed on or before 2:00 pm. on Friday,
`
`October 11, 2019.
