`On January 27, 2012, my firm caused to be filed Plaintiffs’ Motion to Intervene and to
`Modify Order of Consolidation and Appointment of Co-Lead Counsel, together with supporting
`Exhibits (D.I. 30). It has come to myattention that the version of “Exhibit A -- Verified Class
`Action Complaint (to Intervene) with verifications” that was uploaded andfiled did not include
`the verifications to the complaint referencedin thetitle of the Exhibit. However, we did provide
`the Court and counsel, via overnight delivery and e-mail, respectively, with the correct version of
`Exhibit A, including the verifications thereto.

`Accordingly, I have today caused to be filed, a corrected version of Exhibit A to
`Plaintiffs’ Motion to Intervene and to Modify Order of Consolidation and Appointment of Co-
`Lead Counselthat is consistent with the version previously provided to counsel and the Court.
