`THIS CAUSE having come to be considered upon the Plaintiffs Motion to Approve Minor
`Settlement and the Court having reviewed the file and being fully advised in the premises, in the
`premises during the hearing on this matter that occurred on November 7, 2024, it is hereby
`ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs Motion is GRANTED. The Court finds that the
`settlement is in the best interest of the minors W.F. (minor son) and W.N.F. (minor daughter). The
`Court authorizes and empowers CHADLY CHERILUS, as Personal Representative of The Estate of
`WILLIAM FRANCOIS and CIALINE JEAN BAPTISTE, individually and as natural parent and
`guardian of, W.F. and W.N.F. to:

`Execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate this settlement;
`Obtain the funds, and disburse the funds pursuant to the directions of this Court;
`This Court, in-camera, reviewed the Settlement Agreement and Release, as well as the
`settlement statement between the Plaintiff and his lawyers in its entirety. This Court
`

`finds that it was reasonably necessary to employ an attorney and an appellate attorney
`on behalf of the Plaintiff, CHADLY CHERILUS, as Personal Representative of The
`Estate of WILLIAM FRANCOIS and his survivors (Cialine Jean Baptiste, W.F. and
`
`W.N.F.);
`This Court approves the attorney’s fees of Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley,
`P.A., the Law Office of Maaz Quraishi, PA and Harris Appeals, PA and as well as the
`costs advanced, and guardianship fees of $5,000.00 and guardian ad litem hourly fees
`of $375.00 per hour and costs;
`This Court finds that the monies allocated to the guardianships for W.F. and W.N.F.
`are reasonable and in the best interests of the minors. The monies allocated for the
`
`guardianship accounts for W.F. and W.N.F. will be funded and supervised as set
`forth in the orders of Probate Division 502024GA000697MB (W.F.) and Probate
`Division 502024GA000696MB (W.N.F.) in the Circuit Court for Palm Beach
`
`County, Florida,
`IT IS HEREBY APPROVED that Travelers Property Casualty Company of
`America funds future periodic payments as set forth in the Settlement Agreement
`and Release executed between the parties on October 30, 2024 and the
`CONFIRMATIONS OF STRUCTURED SETTLEMENT for W.F.
`and
`W.N.F. The settlement is confidential and copies of the CONFIRMATIONS OF
`STRUCTURED SETTLEMENT for W.F. and W.N.F. were reviewed by the Court
