`Committee teleconference meeting held during July 2017.
`
`Counsel for the parties held a telephonic Discovery Committee Meeting on July 25, 2017
`
`during which they discussed the substance of the drafts of the Joint Discovery Statement,
`
`Discovery Statement Checklist and Joint Electronic Discovery Submission that had been
`
`previously circulated. The parties did not reach an impasse with respect to any issues discussed
`
`during the DCM call in July 2017.
