`RESPOND TO SUBPOENA

`On August 3, 2017, non-party General Motors LLC (“GM”) moved (1043-014) for a
`
`seventh extension of time to respond to and/or move to limit or quash the subpoenas duces tecum
`
`and ad testificandum served by J.S.T. corporation (“J.S.T.”). GM requests that it receive an
`
`additionalextension up to and including August 18, 2017. (Mot. at 2.) It states: “As GM believes
`
`that most—if not all—of the relevant and responsive subpoenaed documents are in the
`
`possession of the parties, and may havetbeen produced already by the parties, extending the
`deadline for GM to produce or otherwise move to quash‘for two additional weeks, will permit
`
`J.S.T. to review the Respondents’ documents and continue to work with GM to narrow the scope
`
`i
`ofthe subpoena and/or scope pfproduction.” (Id)
`GM represents that JST. and Respondents do not oppose the motiOn.- (Id. at 1.)
`
`Good cause having been shown and there being no opposition, the motion (1043-014) is
`
`hereby granted.
