`Unopposed Motion Regarding Extension of Time to File Response to Complaint. The

`Complainant Bose Corp. and the Commission Investigative Staff do not oppose the requested
`
`extension.

`With good cause having been shown, and there being no opposition, the Motion is hereby

`Granted. Audio Technica U.S., Inc. shall have until February 1, 2008, to file its Response to the
