`On January 22,2008, Respondent Creative Labs, Inc. (“Creative”) filed an unopposed motion
`
`(626-001) for an extension of time to file a response to the Complaint. Creative requests a ten-day
`
`extension, or until January 29, 2008, to file its response. According to the motion, neither
`
`Complainant Bose Corporation (“Bose”) nor the Commission Investigative Staff (“Staff ’) oppose
`
`the motion.
`
`On January 22,2008, Respondent Panasonic Corporation of North America (“Panasonic”)
`
`filed an unopposed motion (626-002) for an extension of time to respond to the Complaint.
`
`Panasonic requests a seven-day extension of time, or until January 29,2008, to file its response. The
`
`.
`
`motion states that neither Bose nor Staff oppose the motion.
`
`On January 22,2008, Respondent Audio Technica U.S., Inc. (“AT ”) filed an unopposed
`
`motion (626-003) for an extension of time to respond to the Complaint. AT requests a ten-day
`
`extension of time, or until February 1,2008, to file its response. The motion states that neither Bose
`
`nor Staff oppose the motion.
`

`
`Good cause having been shown and there being no opposition, the motions (626-001,626-
`
`002, 626-003) for extension of time are hereby granted. Creative and Panasonic shall have until
`
`January 29,2008 to file a response, while AT shall have until February 1,2008 to file a response.
