`On March 7,2008, Complainant Bose Corporation (“Bose”) filed a motion (626-007) for an
`
`extension of time to respond to Respondents Audio-Technica U.S., Inc.’s (“AT”) and Panasonic
`
`Corporation of North America’s (“Panasonic”) motions to amend the protective order. According
`
`to the motion, Bose’s response is due on March 10,2008 and requests an extension until March 13,
`
`2008, the date that its response to Respondent Phitek Systems Ltd.’s (NZ) (“Phitek”) motion to
`
`amend the protective order is due, so that Bose can file a consolidate response to all three motions.
`
`The motion states that neither Respondents nor the Commission Investigative Staff (“Staff”) oppose
`
`the motion. Good cause having been shown, the motion (626-007) for extension is hereby granted.
`
`All responses to the three pending motions to amend the protective order are due by the close of
`
`business on March 13,2008.
`
