`supplement this identification in response to identification, contentions, or allegations not

`currently known to Audio-Technica. If Complainant objects to the disclosure of confidential

`Audio-Technica identifies Dr. Marshall Buck, Ph.D., whose areas of expertise

`include expert research, engineering, and design of speakers, transducers, and other audio
`
`devices (including but not limited to audio electronics); analysis and testing of audio devices;

`acoustics and acoustic testing of audio devices (including but not limited to audio electronics);
`
`and acoustic properties of materials used in audio devices. Dr. Buck’s testimony may be offered
`
`for any proper purpose in this proceeding, including rebuttal (if necessary), with regard to claims
`
`asserted by Complainant, defenses of Respondents, and expert witness reports and testimony

`offered on behalf of Complainant. A copy of Dr. Buck’s professional resume and list of

`consulting projects is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
