`Complainant Bose Corporation to Comply with 19 C.F.R. 210.30(b)(2) (the “Motion”) filed on
`April 16, 2008.

`Pursuant to instruction from the USITC, this letter serves to correct the header in the
`Motion. The header in the Motion as filed reads: “Contains Phitek Systems Limited
`Confidential Business Information, Subject to Protective Order”. Instead the header in the
`Motion should read as follows: “Contains Bose Corporation Confidential Business Information,
`Subject to Protective Order.”
