`Bose may also call any witness (live or by deposition) who has been deposed in

`discovery. Bose reserves the right to supplement its list if additional witnesses are discovered

`later or if further developments in the investigation necessitate additional testimony, including

`but not limited to further fact and expert discovery and Respondents’ witness lists and testimony

`during the hearing. Bose reserves the right to add or delete witnesses from its list as may be
`
`appropriate, reserves the right to object to any of the witnesses being called by Respondents, and
`
`reserves the right to call additional rebuttal witnesses in lights of Respondents’ presentations at
