`2008, Compiainant and Respondents in this investigation must submit and serve direct exhibits

`America ("PNA") hereby notifies the parties and this Administrative Law Judge that it adopts the

`direct exhibits and witness statements of Respondent Phitek Systems Limited, Respondent

`Audio-Technica U.S., Inc., and Respondent Creative Labs, Inc. Presently, PNA does not intend
`
`to enter any direct exhibits or offer any direct witness testimony.

`PNA reserves the right to rely upon any exhibit entered by any other party to this

`investigation, including the Commission Investigative Staff ("Staff'). PNA M e r reserves the

`right to call and question any witness identified or called by any other party to this investigation,

`including the Staff, and to call impeachment andlor rebuttal witnesses not identified herein.
