`No prejudice will result from the withdrawal of Mr. Romano as the law firm of

`Porter, Wright, Morris, & Arthur, LLP continues to represent the GSE Defendants

`in the above-listed actions. This Motion is filed by Donald Barnes, as lead

`attorney for the GSE Defendants, since Mr. Romano has passed.
