`The Court previously entered an order consolidating cases into the above-captioned lead

`case. Docket No. 8. Per the consolidation order, the member cases remain active for trial. Id.

`Member case 2:16-cv-695 is set for trial starting October 16, 2023. Docket No. 549. The Court
`
`held pretrial conferences in this action on September 28, 2023 and October 10, 2023. See id.; see
`
`also Docket No. 879. Now, in view of the Court’s consolidation order and the pendency of trial,

`ORDERS that Case No. 2:16-cv-00695-RWS-RSP be DECONSOLIDATED. It is further
`
`ORDERED that the parties to the member Case No.2:16-cv-00695 SHALL file all trial
`
`related matters in Case No. 2:16-cv-00695 moving forward. This order does not affect the other
`
`consolidated cases.
