`1. A process for preparing anti-pollution film, characterized in steps of:
`
`(1) adding organic siloxane, deionized water, and alcohol into a container, wherein
`
`the deionized water is added in anamount of at least making the organic siloxane
`totally hydrolyzed and the alcohol is added in an amount of a sum volume of the
`
`organic siloxane and the deionized water; further adding hydrolyzing catalyst for
`hydrolysis, wherein the catalyst is added in an amount of keeping the pH of the
`
`the hydrolyzing temperature is
`system within a range of 1 to 5; wherein
`controlled within 25 to 60 °C for l to 3 hours;
`
`(2) adding a mixture of metallic alkoxide and alcohol solvent into the container,
`
`whereinthe mole ratio of alcohol to alkoxide being 1: 11 to 1: 9; the mole ratio of
`
`alkoxide to organic siloxane being 1: 12 to 1: 2; followed by refluxing the system
`for 1 to 3 hours under a temperature of 80 to 120 °C to make monopolymer
`
`materials come into polymerization;
`
`fluoric surfactant thereto, the mole
`(3) cooling the system to be 40 to 80 °C; adding
`ratio of which to the organic siloxane being 0.0001 to 0.05; keeping the system
`. under a constant temperature, stirring for 1 to 3 hours, followed by naturally
`
`cooling to room temperature with continuous stirring;
`
`(4) Settling the product for a period, and preparing a film by pickling process, coating
`
`process or brushng process on substrate;
`
`(5) Drying the prepared film in a drying oven, controlling the temperature under a
`constant temperature of 40 to 80°C;
`
`(6) Solidifying the dried film in an electric stove, gradually heating to 120 to 350°C,
`remaining a constant temperature for a period, followed by- naturally cooling to
`room temperature, obtaining the anti-pollution film.
