`1. (Currently Amended) A personal trimming system comprising:'

`a main body having a motor and a part of a driving unit for converting a rotation

`a head portion having a driven member moving—in—a reciprocating metien along a

`lengthwise direction of the trimming system,

`perpendicular to the trimming surface.

`3. (Original) The personal trimming system of claim 1, wherein a length of the
`
`head portion is about 1/5 to 1/3 of an entire length of the personal trimming system .

`4. (Currently Amended) The personal trimming system of claim 1, wherein the gap
`
`is small enough to prevent a user’s finger—er skin from being pinched therebetween in a
`
`state where the head portion is pivoted to a maximum allowable angle with respect to the
`
`main body.
`
`5. (New) The personal trimming system of claim 1, wherein the head portion
`
`includes an upper portion and a lower portion, the head portion being pivoted on the main
`
`body via the lower portion, and at least a part of the lower portion is exposed outward and
`
`a circumference thereof is smaller than those of the upper portion and the main body.
