`Office Action (Notice of Decision of Rejection) dated June 2, 2009 with respect to patent family

`memberJapanese Patent Application No. 2005-087419, in which the following documents were

`cited:

`JP 59-085103 A, along with an partial English languagetranslation thereof.

`The relevance of these documents, as ascertained with respect to the Japanese claims by
