`1. A depilating device comprising:
`a main body casing including a manually grippable grip and having a waterproof structure;

`a depiiation head including a depilating portion for removing hair and a head frame surrounding the

`depilating portion, the depiiation head attached to the main body casing, wherein said device is capable to move

`towards the front side of the main body casing or the back side of the main body casing; and

`a wiper provided at least one of the front side of the main body casing on the head frame and the back

`side of the main body casing on the head frame, and wiping off a soap bubble adhering to a skin surface after
`depilating by the depilating por'tion when the wiper is moved to follow the depiiation head.

`parallel to the skin surface while the depiiation head is pressed against the skin surface.
