`
`(54) Title: ACOUSTIC BOUNDARY WAVE DEVICE
`
`(54) fiflfiwfi Eli: #fiififiifififi
`
`(57) Abstract: A small—size, high performance acoustic
`boundary wave device using an acoustic boundary wave.
`The device is realized by sharpening the filter band and
`fabricating a resonator and a filter that has bands with
`different specific bandwidths on a single substrate.
`In an
`acoustic boundary wave device (1), a solid layer (5)
`is
`formed on a single-crystal substrate (4) and an electrode is
`disposed at the boundary between the single-crystal substrate
`(4) and the solid layer (5).
`The device (1) comprises
`acoustic boundary wave elements (2, 3) constituted using
`a single—crystal substrate (4) with the same cut angle. The
`propagation direction of the acoustic boundary wave element
`(2) is different from that of the acoustic boundary wave
`element (3).
