`In accordance with the provisions of 37 C.F.R. 3.8l(b), it is respectfully requested that
`
`the patent issued from the above-identified application be corrected to list the correct assignee’s
`
`name (i.e., PANASONIC HEALTHCARE CO., LTD.) and residence (i.e., EHIME, JAPAN),
`
`and not the assignee (i.e., PANASONIC CORPORATION of OSAKA, JAPAN) that was
`
`incorrectly listed on the Issue Fee Transmittal filed on August 26, 2014.
`
`Submitted herewith is a copy of the “Patent Assignment Abstract of Title” indicating that
`
`the assignment listing the correct assignee, PANASONIC HEALTHCARE CO., LTD., of
`
`EHIME, JAPAN, was recorded at Reel 032360, Frame 0795 on February 27, 2014.
`
`The incorrect assignee and residence listed on the PTOL-85B was an inadvertent error.
`
`The fee required under 37 C.F.R. l.l7(h) was previously submitted, on August 29, 2014 with the
`
`first submission of a Petition; however, the Petition was not acted on, so it is respectfully
`
`requested that the previously paid fee be applied to the submission of current Petition and
`
`Request Under 37 C.F.R. 3.8l(b).
`
`As noted above, a Petition was previously submitted on August 29, 2014 in order to
`
`correct the assignee information, prior to issuance of the patent. However, given that the patent
`
