`(57) What is claimed is:
`
`A blower configured in that there are provided a rotary shaft having
`
`a fitting pin, and a vane plate fixed on a cylindrical set-bolt which is fitted
`
`onto the rotary shaft, and a fitting groove engaging the pin is formed at an
`
`end portion of the set-bolt, having a vane formed with an escape depression
`
`for creating a space between an inner edge portion of the fitting groove and
`
`an outer surface of the rotary shaft as well as a holding member which is
`
`threaded onto the rotary shaft to hold the set-bolt fitted onto the rotary shaft
`
`between it and the pin, wherein the escape depression is formed only in a
`
`portion at the side formed with the fitting groove, avoiding a portion in the
`
`direction perpendicular to the direction formed with the fitting groove of the
`
`set-bolt.
