`In response to the Office Action dated October 10, 2019, reconsideration of the

`pending rejections in View of the following remarks is respectfully requested.

`The Examiner rejected claims 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 9 and 11-13 under 35 U.S.C. Section
`
`103 as allegedly rendered obvious by reference Zhao et al. (US. Pub. No. 2012/0213113) in
`
`View of reference Frenne et al. (US Pub. No. 2014/0050159). The Examiner rejected claim 3 as
`
`allegedly rendered obVious by Zhao and Frenne in View of Kim et al. (US. Pub. No.
`
`2009/0316807). The Examiner rejected claim 5 as allegedly rendered obVious by Zhao and
`
`Frenne in View of Rudolf et al. (US. Pub. No. 2014/0362832). The Examiner rejected claims 8
`
`and 10 as allegedly rendered obVious by Zhao and Freene in View of Lee et al. (US. Pub. No.
`
`2013/0194931). The Examiner’s rejections are respectfully traversed.
