`Applicant expresses appreciation to the Examiner for the courtesies extended to

`Applicant’s representative Sok Hong during the examiner-initiated telephone interview of
`
`October 8, 2019.
`
`During the telephone interview, it was indicated that the present application will be
`
`placed in condition for allowance if the independent claims were amended to modify the last line
`
`of the claims to recite “wherein each of the data zones includes mcontinuous logical
`
`addresses” (i.e., replace “includes” with “spans”). The Examiner indicated that he could enter the
`
`amendments via an Examiner’s Amendment and that a Notice of Allowance would result, if an
`
`agreement could be reached with the Applicant.
`
`However, no agreement could be reached in the limited time provided.
`
`Applicant submits that no fee should be required for entry of the present paper.
`
`Nevertheless, should any fee be required, authorization is hereby provided to charge such fee to
