`the receiving device includes

`a receiver that receives the transmitted coded packets,

`a decoder that decodes the received coded packets, and

`a second transmitter that transmits a transmission interruption

`request packet for requesting transmission interruption of the coded packets to

`the transmitting device in a case Where a first condition in which the coded

`transmission of the coded packets in response to the transmission interruption
