`
`DETAILED DESCRIPTION
`[Detailed Description of the Invention]
`[0001]
`[Field of the Invention]
`Especially this invention relates to the cooling storage house which makes an assembly and a
`maintenance easy about cooling storage houses, such as a refrigerator and a refrigerated
`display case.
`[0002]
`[Description of the Prior Art]
`In order to perform attachment and a maintenance of a condensation unit or a condensator
`easily conventionally, the Publication of Examined Patent Application H No. 8 - 16576 and the
`Japanese Patent No. 3145224 are known as a thing about the cooling storage house which
`made extraction of a condensation unit possible outside from the body case.
`[0003]
`The adiabatic box which forms the stockroom which has an opening and equips 1 side with an
`opening and closing door in front in the former example, The cooling box body of the side
`surface opening which forms the heat exchange chamber which contained the condensator and
`the cool-air-circulations fan, Are installed side by side with the connecting means which
`connects the aforementioned adiabatic box and the aforementioned cooling box body
`dlsengageable, and the aforementioned adiabatic box so that the aforementioned stockroom
`and the aforementioned heat exchange chamber may communicate, have a door freely
`openable/closable in front, and. The machinery room which places the electrically-driven
`compressor and condenser which are connected with the aforementioned cooling box body and
`the condensator in this cooling box body inside on a withdrawal base, and stores them is
`provided. When an electrically-driven compressor, a condenser cooling fan, etc. break down, a
`machinery room is pulled out and it enables it to perform repair by this. When a condensator
`and a cool-air~circulations fan break down, the aforementioned connecting means is separated,
`a cooling box body is pulled out outside, and it enables it to perform repair.
`[0004]
`The storage box where supplies are stored for the inside of a body case in the latter example,
`In the cooling storage house partitioned in the cooling box where the condensator which cools
`the inside of a storage box is stored, and the machinery room where the condensation unit
`which makes the condensator circulate through a refrigerant via refrigerant piping is stored,
`While the communicating port which communicates in a storage box is provided by the
`aforementioned cooling box, the front opening blockaded with a cooling room lid in front is
`formed, In the aforementioned machinery room, a condensation unit is installed ahead
`withdrawal and again, While the aforementioned cooling room lid is integrally atlzched to the
`condensation unit and the aforementioned condensator is further attached inside the cooling
`room, the aforementioned refrigerant piping persists in the inside of the **** part provided by
`the cooling room lid, and is arranged in the aforementioned cooling box. When the compressor
`and condenser fan motor of a condensation unit break down by having such composition or a
`condensator and a cool-air-circuiations fan motor break down, a condensation unit is pulled out
`ahead and it enables it to fix it from a machinery room.
`[0005]
`[Problem to be solved by the invention]
`However, since the unit base which places a condensation unit is slid approximately and is only
`inserted into a machinery room in the above-mentioned conventional method, If you forget the

`
`screw clamp of a unit base or how to fasten a screw clamp is loose although there is an
`advantage which can pull out a unit base easily, The unit base pushed out little by little from
`the machinery room by vibration of a compressor and a fan motor, and there was a problem
`that refrigerant piping is damaged, or the cool air leakage of a cooling room occurred and the
`cold worsened.
`[0006]
`It aims at providing the cooling storage house which carries out fixing of a unit base more
`reliably, without this invention solving the above-mentioned problem and impairing
`serviceability.
`[0007]
`[Means for solving problem]
`The adiabatic box which forms the stockroom which Claim 1 of this invention has an opening in
`1 side, and is provided with an opening and closing door in front, The cooling box body of the
`side surface opening which forms the heat exchange chamber which contained the condensator
`and the cool-air-circulations fan, Are installed side by side with the connecting means which
`connects the aforementioned adiabatic box and the aforementioned cooling box body
`disengageable, and the aforementioned adiabatic box so that the aforementioned stockroom
`and the aforementioned heat exchange chamber may communicate, have a door freely
`openable/closable in front, and. In the cooling storage house which provided the machinery
`room which places the electrically-driven compressor and condenser which are connected with
`the aforementioned cooling box body and the condensator in this cooling box body inside on a
`withdrawal base, and stores them, When the aforementioned base is stored by the
`aforementioned machinery room, it is characterized by the height of the center of gravity
`position of the aforementioned base being lower than the height of the center of gravity
`position of the aforementioned base under storing operation. When moving the base of
`condensation unit loading to the front, he is trying once to have to raise the center of gravity
`position of a base by this.
`[0008]
`Claim 2 of this invention provides a concave part or a protruding part to the flange of the
`aforementioned base, When a protmding part or a concave part is provided on the rail of the
`machinery room which slides on the aforementioned flange and stores the aforementioned base
`and the aforementioned base is stored by the aforementioned machinery room, the concave
`part of the aforementioned flange, the protruding part of the aforementioned rail, or the
`protruding part of the aforementioned flange and the concave part of the aforementioned rail is
`engaged. Since the flange and the rail are being engaged by the concave-convex relation, he
`once raises the center of gravity position of a base, and is trying to have to release engagement
`by this, when moving the base of condensation unit loading to the front.
`[0009]
`[Mode for carrying out the invention]
`Hereinafter, this embodiment of the invention is described based on Drawings. Fig.1 is a side
`view of the condensation unit of this invention in which the first Example is shown, and Fig.2 is
`the perspective view of a cooling storage house of Fig.1 which looked at the machinery room
`from the slanting upper part. Fig.3 is an essential part perspective view showing the vertical
`section front view, the perspective view of the condensation unit which Fig.4 shows the second
`Example of this invention, and an angle, the perspective view of the condensation unit which
`Fig.5 shows the third Example of this invention, and an angle, and the state where Fig.6
`opened the machinery room door wide of a cooling storage house, and Fig.7 is a perspective
`view of a cooling storage house.
`[0010]
`1 is an adiabatic box which constitutes the stockroom 4 which provides the opening 2 to a left
`lateral, has the opening and closing door 3 in front, and equipped the inside with the rack 40. S
`is a cooling box body of the side surface opening 9 which constitutes the heat exchange
`chamber 8 which stored the plate fin type condensator 6 and the cool-air—circulations fan 7.
`The adiabatic box 1 and the cooling box body 5 are in the state where each opening 2 and 9
`was made to coincide, and are connected by the L metal fittings 34 of a connecting means
`disengageable so that the stockroom 4 and the heat exchange chamber 8 may communicate.
`14 is the duct which divided these aforementioned openings 2 and 9 that coincided up and
`down, distributes the flow of air, was arranged in the stockroom 4, formed the suction opening
`14A in the lower part, and formed the discharge port 148 in the upper part.
`[0011]
`10 is the adiabatic box 1 and the machinery room put side by side. The machinery room 10
`arranges condensation unis, such as the electrically-driven compressor 11 connected to the
`condensator 6 downward, the plate fin type condenser 46, and the condenser fan motor 47, on
`the withdrawal unit base 13, The aforementioned cooling box body 5 is stored in the upper
`part, and the side surface was covered by the side panel 20, and equips the front face with the
`freely openable/closable machinery room door 12.
`[0012]
`50, 51, and 52 are the pre—support angle made by carrying out bending work of the sheet
`metal, an inside support angle, and a post-support angle, respectively, and screw stop fixing of
`each right-hand side is carried out on the lower surface of the adiabatic box 1. The pillar 41 is
`fixed to the pre-support angle 50 and the post-support angle 52 with the nut. Although the
`height of the pre-support angle 50 and the post—support angle 52 is the same, the height of the
`inside support angle 51 is high slightly, and the slope 51a is molded into the front tip.
`[0013]
`The unit base 13 places the bending work of the side flange 13A upside down on the front
`flange 13F and the right and leii: side surface in front. Alter the side flange 13A rises upwards
`gradually after performing the circular chamfering 13C to the back end, it descends
`substantially rapidly in the central part and forms the concave part 135, it becomes level and

`
`reaches a front of solvent. That is, the height of the back end and the front of solvent of the
`side flange 13A is the same, and a central part is recessed form smoothly.
`[0014]
`Next, the piping connection method of the condensator 6 in the cooling box body 5 and a
`condensation unit is described. On the unit base 13, parts, such as the electrically-driven
`compressor 11, the condenser 46, and the condenser fan motor 47, are mounted first. Under
`the present circumstances, the suction pipe 48 and the capillary tube 49 soldered along with
`this are extended to sufficient length with the suction loop 48A.
`[0015]
`Thus, the unit base 13 which mounted the condensation unit is placed on the post-support
`angles 50 and 51 and 52 into before three set and fixed the interval to the lower part on the
`opening 2 side of the adiabatic box 1. Screw stop fixing of the after [ this ] cooling box body 5
`is carried out via the L metal fittings 34 at the adiabatic box 1. From the cooling box body 5,
`the inlet pipe 6A and the outlet pipe GB of the condensator 6 stored by the heat exchange
`chamber 8 passed along the notch formed in the front part on the effective area side of the
`cooling box body 5, and are extended outside along with the concave 42. If this inlet pipe 6A,
`the capillary tube 49 and the outlet pipe 68, and the suction pipe 48 are connected by welding,
`respectively, combination with the condensator 6 and a condensation unit will be completed.
`Then, the electrical box 43 is attached freely attachable/detachable ahead of the cooling box
`body 5, and the assembly of the principal part stored by the machinery room 10 is completed.
`[0016]
`In the above composition, when failure arises in condensation units, such as the condensator 6,
`the cool~air~circulations fan 7, or the electrically-driven compressor 11, after installing a cooling
`storage house, these repair and exchange are performed as follows. The door 12 of the front
`face of the machinery room 10 is opened wide first, and the electrical box 43 is removed. When
`fixing the inside of the cooling box body 5, the fixing screw of the l. metal fittings 34 can be
`removed, the cooling box body 5 can be separated from the adiabatic box 1, and the
`condensator 6 and the cool-air-circulations fan 7 can be served. When fixing or exchanging the
`parts of a condensation unit, If the fixing screw 15 of the front flange 13F is removed and the
`unit base 13 is pulled out to the front, the cooling box body 5 in the state where it fixed to the
`adiabatic box 1, by the deflection of the long suction pipe 48 and the suction loop 48A, A
`condensation unit can be moved out of the machinery room 10, and service work can be
`perfumed at a wide place.
`[0017]
`If repair and exchange are completed, the cooling box body 5 can be fixed to the adiabatic box
`1 with a fixing screw via the L metal fittings 34. A condensation unit puts the unit base 13 on
`the ore-support angle 50, and pushes it in. While the side flange 13A of the unit base 13
`touches the pre-support angle 50, the inside support angle 51 is got over and even the post—
`support angle 52 reaches. Since the height of the inside support angle 51 is higher than the
`height of the ore-support angle 50 and the post-support angle 52, once the condensation unit
`currently mounted on the unit base 13 rises up by the inside support angle 51, it will descend
`gently at the terminal point of pushing, and will be in a horizontal condition. An inside support
`angle is abutted and the front flange 13F also stops the concave part 138 of the side flange
`13A, when a pre-support angle is abutted. Repair completes the fixing screw 15 in total in this
`state. Thus, parallel movement of the unit base 13 where the condensation unit was mounted
`is carried out, and it is not inserted in the machinery room 10, but lifts a condensation unit up
`gradually in the middle of insertion, and once raises the center of gravity position of a
`condensation unit upwards. And the center of gravity position of a condensation unit is lowered
`at the terminal point of pushing.
`[0018]
`If it does in this way, in order to move the unit base 13 of condensation unit loading to the
`front, once it must raise a center of gravity position, even if it forgets to fasten the fixing screw
`15 -- vibration of the electrically-driven compressor 11 and the condenser fan motor 47 -— the
`unit base 13 -~ the front -- ********** -- it is effective in that there are nothings. Also when
`pulling out the unit base 13 at the time of service, since the inside support angle 51 can be got
`over smoothly, large force is not needed with the form of the side flange 13A. In this way,
`according to this invention, it becomes possible to provide the cooling storage house which
`carries out fixing of a unit base more reliably, without impairing serviceability.
`[0019]
`Next, it describes about the Fig.4 which is the second Example of this invention. The Fig.1 and
`the same part of the first Example attach the same number, and it omits a description. 13D is
`the concave part of the side flange 13A substantially formed in the end face near a center, and
`form is a smooth trapezoid. On the pre-support angle 50 and the post—support angle 52, the
`left rail 53 and the right rail 54 are unified by welding. As for the support angles 50 and 52 of
`order, a right end extension is combined with the bottom surface of the adiabatic box 1 with a
`bolt. As for the right-and~left rails 53 and 54, a section consists of L type-like sheet metal, and
`the protruding part 55 of the trapezoid [ central part ] substantially of the longitudinal direction
`is pressformed. the right-and-left rails 53 and 54 are placed so that the vertical surface of L
`character may turn to the outside, L character obtains in for phases and is arranged by
`appearance, and both interval is arranged so that it may enlarge slightly from the width of the
`unit base 13.
`[0020]
`When fixing thru/or exchanging the condensation unit of such composition, the fixing screw 15
`is removed first, and the unit base 13 is pulled out from a machinery room, and is performed.
`Although the concave part 13D of the side flange 13A and the protruding part 55 of the right-
`and-leit rails 53 and 54 are being engaged at this time, since it is smooth trapezoids, large
`force does not need for pulling out the unit base 13.

`
`If repair and exchange finish, the back end of the unit base 13 will be put on the right-and-left
`mils 53 and 54, and will be pushed in. Since the chamfering 13C is formed in the back end, in
`the protruding part 55, it gets over smoothly, and proceeds, and the protruding part 55 falls
`and engages with the concave part 13D in the place where the front flange 13F hit the front tip
`of the pre-supporl: angle SO at last. A condensation unit will be fixed if the fixing screw 15 is
`screwed in after this. If it does in this way, in order to move the unit base 13 of condensation
`unit loading to the front, since a center of gravity position must be raised in order to solve
`concavo-convex engagement, even if it forgets to fasten the fixing screw 15 -- vibration of the
`electrically-driven compressor 11 and the condenser fan motor 47 -- the unit base 13 -- the
`front -- ********** -- it is effective in that there are nothings. Since the protruding part 55
`can be smoothly got over with the gently-sloping form of the concave part 130 also when
`pulling out the unit base 13 at the time of service, large force is not needed. In this way, it
`becomes possible to provide the cooling storage house which carries out fixing of a unit base
`more reliably, without impairing serviceability.
`[0022]
`Next, it describes about the Fig.5 which Is the third Example of this invention. The Fig.4 and the
`same part of the second Example attach the same number, and it omits a description. 135 is
`the protruding part of the side flange 13A substantially formed in the end face near a center,
`and is the projection shape which connected the circular arc or the elliptical arc with the
`straight part smoothly. The concave part 56 of the right-and~left rails 53 and 54 which pressed
`the circular arc or the elliptical arc in the horizontal level of the central part substantially is
`molded.
`[0023]
`When fixing thru/or exchanging the condensation unit of such composition, the fixing screw 15
`is removed, and the unit base 13 is pulled out from a machinery room, and is performed.
`Although the protruding part 13E of the side flange 13A and the concave part 56 of the right-
`and-left rails 53 and 54 are being engaged at this time, since it is the form of a smooth circular
`are or an elliptical arc, large force does not need for pulling out the unit base 13.
`[0024]
`If repair and exchange finish, the back end of the unit base 13 will be put on the right-and-left
`rails 53 and 54, and will be pushed in. Since the chamfering 13C is formed in the back end,
`even if it comes to the concave part 56, it gets over without difficulty, and proceeds, and the
`protruding part 13E falls and engages with the concave part 56 in the place where the front
`flange 13F hit the front tip of the pie-support angle 50. A condensation unit will be fixed if the
`fixing screw 15 is screwed in after this. If it does in this way, in order to move the unit base 13
`of condensation unit loading to the front, since a center of gravity position must be raised in
`order to solve concave-convex engagement, even if it forgets to fasten the fixing screw 15 --
`vibration of the electrically-driven compressor 11 and the condenser fan motor 47 -- the unit
`base 13 -- the front ~~ ********** -— it is effective in that there are nothings. Also when
`pulling out the unit base 13 at the time of service, since the concave part 56 can be got over
`smoothly, large force is not needed with the form of the protruding part 13E. In this way, it
`becomes possible to provide the cooling storage house which carries out fixing of a unit base
`more reliably, without impairing serviceability.
`[0025]
`As stated above, since unevenness combines, the center of gravity position of the unit base is
`canying out engagement like this invention in the lowest position and shearing movement of
`the unit base by vibration of a condensation unit can be prevented, refrigerant piping is not
`damaged or the cool air leakage of a cooling room does not occur.
`[0026]
`As mentioned above, although this embodiment of the invention was described, this invention
`is applicable to the condensation unit of a cooling storage house, and also applicable to
`condensation units, such as an ice machine and a showcase. The form of a concave part or a
`protruding part may necessarily be limited to neithera trapezoid nor a circular arc nor elliptical
`arc form, and any form may be sufficient as it. The places where a concave part and a
`protruding part are engaged do not necessarily need to be a flange and a rail, and may carry
`out engagement of the separate member to the bottom surface of a unit base. Only a
`condensation unit may not be mounted on a unit base, but the parts of a cooling box body, an
`electric equipment box, or others may be mounted.
`[0027]
`[Effect of the Invention]
`As mentioned above, since the center of gravity position when the end of insertion of the unit
`base of condensation unit loading is carried out to a machinery room is the lowest position
`according to Claim 1 of this invention, even if it forgets to fasten a fixing screw once it must
`raise a center of gravity position in order to move a unit base to the front -~ vibration of an
`electrically-driven compressor and a condenser fan motor —— a unit base -- the front ~-
`*******"** -- it is effective in that there are nothings. Since a center of gravity position rises
`smoothly when pulling out a unit base at the time of service, large force is not needed.
`Therefore, it becomes possible to provide the cooling storage house which carries out fixing of a
`unit base more reliably, without impairing serviceability.
`[0028]
`Since the angle or rail which lets the unit base of condensation unit loading and this slide is
`being engaged by the concave-convex relation according to Claim 2 of this invention, in order
`to move a unit base to the front, a center of gravity position must once be raised and
`engagement must be released. therefore -- even if it forgets to fasten a fixing screw --
`vibration of an electrically-driven compressor and a condenser fan motor -- a unit base -— the
`front -- ********** -- it is effective in that there are nothings. Also when pulling out a unit
`base at the time of service, since it is smooth concave-convex engagement, large force is not
`needed for these release. In this way, it becomes possible to provide the cooling storage house
