`AMENDMENTS TO THE CLAIMS
`
`This listing of claims will replace all prior versions andlistings of claims in the
`
`application.
`
`Listing of Claims:
`
`1-14. (Cancelled)
`
`15. (Currently Amended) A station comprising:
`
`circuitry which, in operation, negotiates Wake-Up Radio (WUR) parameters with an
`
`
`
`
`
`access point (AP), and switches from WURWake-Up(WUR}mode suspend to WURRadio
`
`modeby initiating and completing a WUR modesetup frame exchange; and
`
`a transmitter which, in operation, transmits a WUR modesetup frame to theAPan-aceess
`
`pomtAP}in the WUR modesetup frame exchange,
`
`wherein the circuitry maintains WUR parameters negotiated with the AP after entering
`
`the WUR mode suspend from the WUR mode.
`
`16. (Currently Amended) Thestation according to claim 15, wherein the circuitry
`
`switches from theWUR modesuspend to theWUR mode after negotiation of WUR power
`
`managementservice.
`
`17. (Currently Amended) Thestation according to claim 16, wherein an action typefield
`
`of a WUR modeelement contained in the WUR modesetup frameindicates that the circuitry
`
`enters the WUR mode-WURmede.
`
`18. (Previously Presented) The station according to claim 16, wherein the transmitter
`
`transmits to the AP a request frame that indicates a request for entering the WUR modesuspend,
`
`and whena response frame from the AP indicates that the AP accepts the request, the circuitry
`
`enters the WUR mode suspendin the negotiation.

`
`19. (Previously Presented) The station according to claim 18, wherein an action typefield
`
`of a WUR modeelementwithin the request frame indicates the request.
`
`20. (Previously Presented) The station according to claim 18, wherein an action type field
`
`of a WUR modeelement within the response frame indicates that the AP accepts the request.
`
`21. (Previously Presented) The station according to claim 15, wherein the circuitry tears
`
`down WUR power managementservice by initiating WUR mode teardown frame.
`
`22. (Previously Presented) The station according to claim 17, wherein the WUR mode
`
`elementis used to negotiate a first set of parameters related to WUR operation.
`
`23. (Previously Presented) The station according to claim 22, wherein thefirst set of
`
`parameters includes WUR channeloffset and WURduty cycle start time.
`
`24. (Previously Presented) The station according to claim 22, comprising:
`
`a receiver which, in operation, receives a beacon frame containing a WUR operation
`
`element which contains a second set of parameters necessary to support WURoperation.
`
`25. (Previously Presented) The station according to claim 24, wherein the secondset of
`
`parameters includes minimum wake-up duration, WUR channel information and WUR beacon
`
`period.
`
`26. (Previously Presented) The station according to claim 24, wherein each of the
`
`parametersin the first set is different from each of the parameters in the secondset.
`
`27. (Currently Amended) A communication method implementedbya station, the
`
`communication method comprising:
`
`negotiating Wake-Up Radio (WUR) parameters with an access point (AP):

`
`transmitting a WUR modesetup frame to the AP an-access-peH#t{AP}in the WUR mode
`
`setup frame exchange,
`
`wherein the station maintains WUR parameters negotiated with the AP after entering the
`
`WUR mode suspend from the WUR mode.
