`Applicant respectfully requests reconsideration of this application in view of the above
`
`amendments and the following remarks. Claims 1-28 will be pending upon entry ofthis
`
`amendment. Claims 1-2, 7, 9-12, 15-16, 21, and 23-26 have been amended. No new matter has
`
`been addedto the application.
`
`In the Office Action, claims 1-28 were rejected on the ground of nonstatutory double
`
`patenting as being unpatentable over claims 1-12 of U.S. Patent No. 10,154,484. A terminal
`
`disclaimeris being filed herewith. Accordingly, Applicant requests withdrawal of the
`
`nonstatutory double patenting rejection.
`
`Claims 1-28 were rejected under 35 U.S.C. §112, second paragraph. Applicant submits
`
`the claim amendments addressthis rejection. Thus,it is respectfully requested that the rejection
`
`under 35 U.S.C. §112, second paragraph be withdrawn.
`

`All of the claims remaining in the application are now clearly allowable. Favorable
`
`consideration and a Notice of Allowanceare earnestly solicited.
