`that is ina non-English language. Pursuant to 37 CFR 1.78(a)(5), applicant is requiredtofile:

`1. In the prior-filed provisional application, an English languagetranslation of the prior-filed provisional
`application and a statementthatthe translation is accurate; and
`
`2. Inthe above-identified nonprovisional application, a confirmation that the translation and statement have
`been filed in the prior-filed provisional application.

`To avoid abandonmentof the above-identified nonprovisional application, applicant is requiredto file these
`items within the time period setforth in this notice, unless applicantfiles a corrected application data sheet
