`The Examiner objected to the specification due to minor informalities. Thus, in order to

`overcomethe objection, a “Cross-Reference to Related Applications” has been addedtothefirst

`page of the specification. No new matter has been added. Thus, this objection has been
`
`overcome and should be withdrawn.
`
`In item 4 on page 4, the Examinerrejected claim 1 underthe judicially created doctrine
`
`of obviousness-type double patenting as being unpatentable over claim 1 of copending U.S.
`
`Patent No. 11,116,616 (Note: the undersigned confirmed with the Examinerthat the patent
`
`numberindicated in the Office Action includes a typo, and the correct patent numberfor this
`
`rejection is 11,115,606, and the terminal disclaimer had been written accordingly). In item 5 on
`
`page 4, the Examinerprovisionally rejected claim 1 under the judicially created doctrine of
`
`obviousness-type double patenting as being unpatentable over claim 1 of copending U.S. Patent
`
`No. 16/951,212. In item 6 on page 5, the Examiner provisionally rejected claim 1 underthe
`
`judicially created doctrine of obviousness-type double patenting as being unpatentable over
`
`claim 1 of copending U.S. Patent No. 16/950,261.
`
`These rejections has been overcomebythefiling of a Terminal Disclaimer, together with
`
`the required USPTO fee. The Applicant submits the Terminal Disclaimerfor the sole purpose of
`
`expediting prosecution, and does not acquiesce to the rejections.
`

`In view of the above amendments and remarks, it is submitted that the present application
`
`is now in condition for allowance. However, if the Examiner should have any comments or
`
`suggestions to help speed the prosecution of this application, the Examineris requested to
