`Applicant notes with appreciation the indication of allowable subject matter of claims 5

`Claims 1 and 12 have been amendedto correct informalities in the claim language and to

`more clearly define the present subject matter. Claim 2 has been cancelled. No new matter has
`
`been added.

`Entry of various comments regarding the claims and/orthe art, in the Office Action,

`should not be construed as any acquiescence or agreement by Applicants with the stated
`
`reasoning, regardless of whether or not these remarks specifically address any particular
`
`comment from the Office Action.

`Applicant thanks the Examinerfor his time and courtesy during an interview conducted

`with the Applicant’s representative, Takashi Saito, on November 17, 2023. During the interview,

`the differences between the claims andthe prior art were discussed. The Examineragreed that
`
`the amendmentsto claims | and 12 as set forth above would overcomethe rejections. This
`
`responsereflects the substance of the interview.

`Patentability under 35 U.S.C. § 112
`
`Claims 1-13 were rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 112(b) as being indefinite. Applicant
`
`submits that the amendments madeto the claims overcomethe rejection.

`Patentability under 35 U.S.C. § 103
`
`Claims 1-4, 6, 9 and 11-13 were rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable
`
`over JP 2013-070585 (Hot) in view of JP 2018-038229 (Toshiba).
`
`Applicant submits that as agreed in the aforementioned interview, the amendments made
`
`to the claims as set forth above overcomethe rejection.
